Adult Ed will be hosting a Thanksgiving Evensong Potluck November 6, 6:00 P.M. in the Center Church Chapel. The 30-minute informal worship service will begin at 6:00 and will borrow from Anglican and Taize (French) worship formats. The theme of the service will be “Giving thanks to God for the blessings we receive.” The two hymns included in the service will be “Come Ye Thankful People Come” and “Now Thank We All Our God.” Hymnals provided. The chapel will be decorated to reflect the beauty and spirit of the season. Potluck after the service. Please bring your all-time, favorite potluck entree or side dish because dessert will be provided by the Adult Ed team.
